Error on loading chart data

Hi guys, I have IQ Feed and I am trying to get a chart to load. It's the DX
(US Dollar Index) under the ICE Futures exchange. I am getting a message that says "error on loading chart data for 'DX 06-10':!ERROR! Invalid symbol. I have called IQ Feed and they are telling me I have the data feed for this, but no luck so far with the chart. I have tried to change the exchange from nybot to ice but that didn't work either. Any ideas?

Thank you for note.

Can you please reset the instruments. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

Once you reset the instruments please change the symbol mapping for the DX instrument by going to Tools-->Instrument Manager-->highlight the DX-->Misc and input the for IQFeed DX.X.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

Thanks Ryan, I tried everything you said and still get the same error. I also trade the mini russell (TF), and it too is under the ICE index, and it seems to be working fine. I am not sure what is up with the DX.

Hi,

While reviewing the symbols for DTN I realize that I was mistaken. The symbol for the DX is @DX. Please change the symbol mapping for IQFeed to @DX, which I found on the following link.

Additionally, please leave the exchange set to Nybot.
