tick charts

It seems no matter what I do I can`t get more than 10 hours of tick chart data on my charts (for the ES)
I use Barchart data feed. Called them and was told they have 3 months of tick data. Not their problem.

I use the default 3 days of tick data but never seen more than 10 hours displayed. I tried 10 days, 1 day... no difference, chart will not display more than 10 hours of data.
Is there a way to display more than 10 hours of tick data on my charts?

I have tried this on my end, and was able to get data further back...

What instrument are you attempting to load? (including expiry)
What tick interval?

ESM10 (ES 06-10)
500 tick, 2000 tick charts. All intervals I tried, displayed the same 10 hours or so.

Just uninstalled NT and deleted all files it leaves behind, did a fresh install.
Tried again and it works now, even 10 days worth.
Strange, I installed it just yesterday. Something must`ve gotten messed up with it.
