I have modifyed the properties input for right side of chart space several times but the chart does not change...is there some other setting I am missing...?

Thank you for your post.
In the chart properties menu, please select 'Right side margin' and adjust this to a number between 25 - 100. You should see a difference in the amount of space now available between the last bar and the Y axis of the chart.
If this is not what you would like to accomplish, could you please send us a screen shot of your chart indicating how you would like the chart to appear.
