suddenly cannot connect to gain

Guys,

I have a GAIN practice account that has worked for a few months. Suddenly I cannot connect.

The message is Login failed:Failed to connect to the Rates interface:System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Has something or some policy changed?

I removed and re-created the gain feed

now it works again. curious.

Hello crmcwi,

I am currently able to connect to Gain as well. I am not sure what caused the connection error. I suggest to check with Gain if they had any connection issues when you experience the error.

Let me know if the issue recurs.
