SUbmitting orders for closed markets

is it possible to submit an entry order for a market before the market opens?

I trade eurex and I would like to be able to enter my entry orders before 10pm for the open at 2am EST. WHen I tried this in simulation I get an error , no market data available order rejected

Are you placing your trade on a TT live account (not NT sim!) and get this error? Then likely this is a restriction of the TT system.

Actually I tried it in sim to test it out and it didn't work so I didn't try it live

Most if not all brokerage technologies will "Reject" an order if the market is closed.
