Lost my static DOM

I purchased a live license recently to trade through Ninja 6.5 with Optimus Futures (Vision Financial).

Once i switched from the sim license key to the live license key, i seem to have lost the option of opening a Static DOM.

Why is that? How do i get it back? The dynamic DOM is a pain in the rear to scalp trade with since it is always moving all over the place.

Hi Brian,

Can you send a follow up note to support at ninjatrader dot com, refering to this post and in the subject 'For Vince'. Then include your license so I can check. It should be abled for the Static SuperDOM by default.
