I installed NinjaTrader on two computers and use the same demo license key for both. With my first computer I establish a connection to patsystems demo system of Rosenthal Collins Group (RCG). It works very well.
Then I disconnected my first computer from the RCG account and try to connect to RCG account with my second computer using the same connection configuration. But I always receive the following error message "Login failed: Unable to login, error 7: invalid login, username or password incorrect". I checked the connection configuration but very thing is all right.
The RCG support told me that I have to use different license keys when working with two computers. Is that correct? Is that limited by NinjaTrader?
