ZG Data Issue

    ZG Data Issue

    I have 2 computers with NT and zen-fire. Each computer has a chart for ZG 04-10. ZG is working fine on one computer but ZG is not receiving data on the second computer. I set up a market analyzer to see if ZG 04-10 has any traffic and it doesn't show anything either. Any ideas why this might be happening?

    By the way, the computer in question is connected and receiving data for other markets.

    Thank you for your post.

    On the non-working contract computer...
    1. To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

    2. Compare the instrument settings (Tools>Instrument Manager>Edit) of each, including the exchange.

    3. Check for errors in the Log tab of the Control Center.
