filter conditions based on net change in units of percent

Hello. Im trying to set up a market analyzer where i can create filter conditions based on net change in units of percent not points. When i set my filter conditions and turn row filter on it does not work as it should. When i do the exact same conditions on net change in units of points and turn row filter on it works perfect. Basically can I assume that filter conditions cant filter units of percentage points or am I doing something wrong. Thanks for the help.

Welcome to our forums.

Most likely you will just need to type the value it's expecting. If you want to filter all instruments with net change > 4%, type .04 for the value here. Use the decimal number that represents the % you want.
