Unable to load historical data in chart

I have followed the instructions to connect Ninja to Tradestation for historical download of data. Please see attachment.

However when I try to upload a chart for ES - I get data for only 5 days.

I have tried going back 20 days, 30 days, 1 year etc - Does not work

I have also tried the option of using custom date range in the chart options
- That dint work either

In my Instrument Editor, My symbol map External is set to ES as per the documentation and I have also tried @ES with no luck.

Instrument manager settings are also attached.

My goal is to get 5+ years of ES data from tradestation and run a backtest / forward test / optimizer. However I have been unable to get data loaded.

Moreover, I have also tried deleting the ES3-10 and ES06-10 securities and following instructions from scratch.

Please help on how I should proceed.

In order to view historical data from TradeStation this data will need to be imported into NinjaTrader. I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over Import Historical Data from TradeStation to NinjaTrader.

Unable to load historical data in chart

Dear NinjaTrader_ChristopherJ,

I followed the link - however the data shows up in the history but not in the chart when i plot it with different range of dates or bars back.

Hi,

On the instrument settings can you please check what the merge settings are on the definition tab.

Also, if you choose to view a specific contract like 03-07, do you receive data in the chart at that point.
