login failure

hello tech guys.......just a small problem.....get a "login failed" pop up.
check internet connection( is ok ) and account connection paramiters.( haven't changed and seem to be ok).
I see some others are having a login problem also w/ different login error.
maybe they're related. updated to the latest 6.5/.15 version friday and had no problems until now. uninstalled and reinstalled and same error problem.
any help?

demo mode and zen fire

just tried deleting the demo account and when I created the new 1 I get "invalid username and or password" did I screw myself?
should I try a new username and password?

Most likely your Demo has expired. It has a time limit. Please contact your broker and have them confirm.
