    Rollover

    Yesterday i tried to change the instrument due to rollover, and my charts did not managed to load the data. The request was pending and i tried to reboot several times and for example managed to get 3 min chart, but other charts that i had in my worksheet did not get filled with data. Any idea why this was happening? Did not tried to connect yet today so just wondering what to do if this repeats today?

    Hello bagzi,

    Thank you for your post.

    Please try opening a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace) and add a new chart there within. Do charts of the 06-10 instruments load as expected in this new workspace?

      No, actually it wont open a new chart even in new worksheet

        Do you receive an error message? If so, what does the message report?

          I only added YM and ES, no error message, just says its loading data

            1.) You are loading the 06-10 contracts, correct?

            2.) In what interval are you charting?

            3.) How many 'days back' are you requesting?

              Yes 6-10 contract.

              The thing is i have some 10 charts opened so different intervals. And for exampe i got the price in the DOM, it shows up on 3 min chart, 133 tick chart and 100 volume chart, but wont show on 1, 15, 45 mins. Dont know exactly how many days i go back for each of those charts, but when i tried new chart as you suggested i tried to open 5 min chart with 30 days back.

              I just tried to load the old contract and it is working well.

                Earlier, I had asked you to try a new workspace and a new chart.
                Did you remember to open the new workspace as well, or did you just try a new chart in this existing workspace?
