request to add option of disabling splash screen

Hi.

The NinjaTrader takes quite some time to load up as you know, and the splash screen keeps blocking the center of the screen during the loading. If it doesn't block the screen, I could very well do other stuff while loading.

So could you add an option to disable the splash screen?
