OCO question

I have been using OCO orders for the past few weeks, and am pretty happy with this feature. Today, I entered such an order and the Buy order executed and got stopped out. Then the Sell order executed and made its target. Wasn't the Sell order supposed to be cancelled as soon as the other order executed? The result was actually in my favor, but I'm wondering nevertheless.

for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

I just checked my trace file and it looks like I neglected to click on "OCO order" for this particular trade.
