I wrote a program that would automatically trigger buy/sell orders as well as to cover my positions using a signal from an indicator on the charts. When I compare the position on the charts and on the (Control Center/ Positions), they do not match. However the (Control Center/ Strategies) do match my chart positions. Therefore the (Control Center/ Accounts) Realized Pnl is always wrong. Help!

You are seeing differences in a strategy position versus account position. Please see the article below which provides more information on this topic:

Automated Trading

The reason I would like the Control Center/ Positions sync with the Control Center/ Strategies and the Chart is to accurately track the P and L of each instrument that I have on the Automated Strategies Mode. I have over 20 different instruments that I trade.

A hypothetic strategy position might not match an account position and this is expected.

The strategy position is independent of your account position. Strategy cannot access manual positions created. Hypothetical positions aren't refelected in your PnL.
