Futures Data from MBTrading

Hello NinjaTrader,

I'm operating with MBTrading demo mode and am attempting to access the EUR/USD Futures from CME, symbol \6EH0.

I've been able to connect to that data stream from the MBTrading platform MBT Navigator.

I've also been able to connect to the MBTrading data stream for EUR/USD Forex successfully.

I started by adding a new symbol through the Instrument List. That was successful also.

My problem is that when I connect to MBTrading, then try to open a new chart, the choices for any instruments of type "Futures" disappears and the instrument I added does not show up in the list when I choose "any" for instrument type. It reappears in the list if I disconnect from MBTrading.

Can you tell me what I may be doing wrong, that removes my futures choice from the Instrument list when I am connected to MBTrading?

It sounds like your account may not be authorized for futures instruments.
