Giant Long Bar on NQ 10,000 Vol Chart

How on earth do I fix my chart? Tried everything.

On 3/5/10 at 1:38:55 PM Pacific Time I have a giant bar that has a high of 1887 and a low of 1844.50

Already tried reload historical data, and repair DB.
Thanks.

(The entire right half of the chart has the same time printed over and over also: 13:38, 13:38, 13:38, 13:38)

It only goes away if I do not include after-hours data.

Thank you for your note.

Please delete your hisorical data by disconnecting-->Tools-->Historical Data-->Delete-->Reconnect. Next please open a new chart with no template applied and let me know if the issue persists.
