    Chart data

I guess I just dont understand some things about data intake and storage locally. I have data feeds from Trading Technology as primary and Opentick as secondary both connected to NT. Today my machine disconnected from the internet. When I discovered, reconnected and reloaded my charts, they showed data to approx 10:30. So this evening I reloaded data for the Mini Russell using the reload with the default optin dates of 7-3 to 7-10. I down loaded and again opened my charts. Now I show data through approx 12:38. I think mayby I should use dates of 7-3 to 7-11 to get todays data. I do that and reload charts and now have data showing through 12:50. What gives? Why am I not getting all of the days data and when I do get it where is it stored? Do I need to leave my machine always on to get all of the data?
    Thanks

For clarification, here is what I have done -

    - Open a chart for ER2 09-07 1 minute, session start 12:00 AM, session end 12:00 AM
    - Connect to OpenTick
    - Tools > Historical Data > Reload
    - Select ER2 09-07, From 7/3/2007 to 7/10/2007, check "Minute"
    - Press "OK"
    - Goes away for a minute, then comes back and reloads my open chart

I get data from OT up to the minute.

Can you follow my procedure and let me know if you experience something different? Please confirm you are using the release 6.0.1000.3.

      Data upload

OK I did just as you did and I too now get data up to the minuite. When I change to 150 or 233 tick or 750 volume I get 14:05 PM. I am assuming that this relates to the volume traded since the normal close. Thank you for your help. AGAIN...

          Continuing problem

I am now connected to Trading Technology only. Opentick is available but I am not connected. I open a new chart 1 min I get data through 11:55 AM, it is now 12:20. I go to historic data reload and it is greyed out. Can you tell me what is wrong and how I can fix it and avoid this in the future. Very frustrating and time consumeng. Also, can you point me to the link in help that lists the data vendors and the types of data that they provide??

If its grayed out it means you are not connected to OpenTick. You need to be connected to OpenTick to get historical data.
