Gaps in data

After I restarted NT 6.5 today afternoon, I noticed there is missing ES data from 10:30 am to 11:00 am EST.

I understand there was an outage in zenfire hisotrical server this morning. Dp you know when will this missing historical data problem be solved?

Unfortunately that short period of data will be missing indefinitely.

So, every time, one does a reload of data,..one will see this missing data for march 5th? Why won't ninja/zenfire upload their missing data to he historical server?

Anyway to solve it or any workaround, so that every reload of data doesn't create this gap.

Once option would be to subscribe to a backup datafeed provider such as BarChart, eSignal or DTN IQ Feed.

Zen-Fire does not provide that information, so as a courtesy we record data and make it available to customers, however, as you know that data was not recorded for that short period this morning, and will not be restored.
