NT 6.5 crashes. Need help finding tracer file

    NT 6.5 crashes. Need help finding tracer file

    Over the past few weeks, NT 6.5 has gotten really slow to load my charts. It use to load within a few seconds and now it takes nearly 5 minutes to load when they start and another 5 minutes to update the chart when I connect to Mirus.

    I've had two crashes when NT first starts and it has told me to submit the tracer report. But I am not familiar with where it is located or how to access it in order. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Edit: is it better to submit the tracer the report here or via the NT program?

    PushHands, just contact us via Help > Mail to Support in NT, this would include the trace and logs for review.

      Here's the error I keep getting after making a few attempts to send the file.

      Failed to send mail

      A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 81.169.163.72:25

        Is this on latest NT 6.5.1000.14?

        You can contact us also directly at support at ninjatrader dot com and then we'll provide instructions how to send those files in manually.

          It is version 6.5.1000.10.

            Then please first of all upgrade to the latest release we have, you can do so via Help > Download Site. Then recheck your issue, thanks.
