RDSB.L on Yahoo

I am unable to import history from Yahoo for RDSB.L (exchange=lse) into NT.

This is odd since any other FTSE100 share is OK (including RDSA.L which is a different type of share for the same company).
Yahoo has data pages for both shares eg http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=RDSB.L
But if I try to view RDSB.L in a NT chart i get this:

"Error on loading chart data for 'RDSB.L Lse': Failed to retrieve data from YAHOO".

I tried deleting RDSB.L from the instrument list and re-added. But still get the same problem.

If anyone else has managed to import this from Yahoo are there special settings needed?

Thank you for your post.

You have all the right steps and settings down. I was getting the same message on my chart and then it started working.

I used RDSB.L for the master name and for the Yahoo definition under the MISC tab.

Try with this and Right-Clicking >> reload historical data.

Just found the problem. Seems that Yahoo does not provide history for RDSB.L (only the current price). Google finance has the history so I guess the problem would be solved by NT7.
