how to get back lost data

Hi,

when i opened ninjatrader today i found that some data on my chart for YM, specifically data between 4.15pm on Tues to 11am yesterday was not showing up. I had used another computer to access Ninjatrader and trade yesterday. I tried using repair DB to fix the problem but it doesnt help. Can some1 help me out pls

Hello balllightning,

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload Historical Data'. Check if the missing data is loaded.

If not, please tell me to what data feed you connect and what interval is selected in the chart.

the missing data does not load when i reload historical data ..

I am using TT data feed with 5 min charts on the YM (emini dow)

Hello balllightning,

Can you please try the following steps.

Please remove the YM 03-10 from your instrument list in the Instrument Manager.

Go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments.

Add the YM 03-10 back and check if you receive the requested data.
