Sample C# program missing

I recently installed the latest NT 6.5 download. The Help (this is under Automated Trading/.../.NET Interface) says:
"A C# sample application is located in C:\Program Files\<NinjaTrader Installation Folder>\bin\AutoTrade\NinjaTraderCSharpSampleAppli cation.zip"

But I did not get any such file installed as part of the download. Can this sample application be downloaded from somewhere else?
