Extract Data

Is it possible to extract 15min bar data instead of 1min data? If not does anyone know how to get Excel to calculate the 15min bars for every 15 rows?

When I try stuff like =A2 and then =A17 and drag it along it keeps giving me results like =A4 then =A19 then =A6 followed by =A21. It keeps reverting back to the current number cell the formula is on after a pair.

Not sure what you mean by "extract". You only can export 1 minute data (and 1 tick data and daily data).

By extract I meant export. Since its not possible to get 15min data anyone familiar with how to use Excel to construct it?
