    ^ADD Data recorded from Esignal 10 minutes offset

    I recorded 9 symbols from esignal into ninja trader for today's activity.
    E-mini futures , ^ADV and ^DECL charts are perfect no issues.

    When I replay only 1 symbol has issue which is ^ADD.

    ^ADD chart is offset by 10 minutes, if I start replay at say 9:30 am all charts start with exact data as per 9:30 , but this ADD shows time as 9:30 but displays data starting 9:40.

    yesterday I had recorded data from 10:00 am onwards and ADD was recorded perfect and replay of yesterdays data is fine.

    why today's recorded data while replaying it has 10 minutes offset for just 1 symbol and how do I fix it.

      Hi,

      Thank you for your post, and the files and screenshots.

      I was able to test the file and it begins recording at market open. Can you please sync your PC clock. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

      Please close then reopen NinjaTrader and connect to the NinjaTrader Market Replay connection.

        I sync my PC clock. still same thing.
        All other symbols are fine during replay. Only ^ADD has issue.
        I am attaching file for ^ADV, which has no issues.

        ^ADD begins at market open ( 9:30 ) but the data its displaying is from 9:40 am instead of the data from 9:30 am

          Hi,

          Can you please forward your log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

          Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
          Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt


          Please reference this forum post, and ATTN RyanO and I will review those diagnostic files regarding the issue with the ADD index in Market Replay.
