Eurx charts dont' update until disconnect/reconnect

I have a market analyzer up to make sure data is recorded for my contracts. All contracts were recording correctly except for Eurex. THe program was running since the evening of 7/2 with the format dat series set to 7/3 THe eurex contracts only started recording after the connection was lost and automatically reconnected. All us contracts and a Liffe exchange contract recorded correctly.

I'm connecting through trading technologies and the software does not connect to the order server unless I call my broker and have them manually log me in. The price server always connects when the market is open

This is NOT an NT issue but an issue with how your broker has the Eurex connection configured in their back office. This is why you must call them to have them manually log you in. Unfortunately, there is nothing NinjaTrader can do to change this behaviour since it is out of our control.

I know the order server is not an NT issue but the price feed is separate. if I login while eurex is open I immediately get a price feed to the static dom and the charts without having to call into my broker. if I login before eurex opens the price feed doesn't start unless I logout and login again.
