I need help!!!! Now!!!!

I got a new computer, I wanted a fresh install of NT and had to do TWS (IB)

Now TWS 900 which they said to install will not load, it just sits there and never loads...

I need to trade tomorrow....this is a disaster...

I NEED HELP!!!!! NOW!!!!!

I suggest to try a re-install of TWS and check if this will solve your issue. You can download and install this version at the link below.

Does TWS start when you start it manually while NinjaTrader is closed?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled TWS 900 like 10 times between the NT link and directly from IB as well... It will not load, the TWS starts but just sits there loading forever.

I have a feeling it is a problem with the JAVA component, I have tried to download that and reinstall many times as well...

I dont think I tried loading TWS without NT running...

Can you please help me with this, I need to get all this stuff working...

Just to confirm, it is TWS itself that hangs on start up?

If so, you will need to follow up with IB directly.

Yeah, it is just TWS but I mean I download it from the link here and am just lost...

IB is off and I can't get any help, if you have any ideas of what may cause this let me know please or any fixes, I am getting really sick of losing money because of technical problems any more...

Unfortunately, as we are not trained on all the aspects of TWS, I cannot speculate on the cause of this behavior. You will need to follow up with IB directly.

Once that issue is resolved, we can be of assistance in connecting NinjaTrader to TWS.
