    I followed your instructions but now as soon as I try connecting to IQfeed I get that message that NT encountered a problem and needs to shut down. I have tried rebooting etc.

      Can you please send your log and trace files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so that I can review the specific cause of the message.

      When doing so please reference this post, so I can know what the files are for.

      Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
      Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt
