Unfortunately, there was a brief outage of our historical data server this morning. This issue has been resolved.

Please restart NinjaTrader and reconnect to access historical data.

This is starting to become a somewhat regular issue. Hopefully you guys can resolve it and keep it running properly this time.

The frequency of these historical data server problems has definitely increased in the past few months. I missed the first 20 -30 minutes of the US market twice in the past four weeks because of this problem. While I do certainly appreciate that the NT support staff seems to respond quickly to this problem once notified, I do think its time to give users a better indication of what steps they are taking to fix this problem permanently.

It's at the point where when I wake up in the morning, I have to wonder if I'm going to need to contact NT support to get my charts to display correctly.
