Inaccurate volume data

Hi There,
I'm having lots of problems getting correct volume data.

I am using the TPO Volume Profile Chart with Barchart streaming data, what I have noticed is that for the time periods that I am not connected, I get totally inaccurate volume data (the price data is fine) e.g. the times I am not connected I get volume like 28, 15, 29 for the various time periods. When I am actually connected I get accurate volume in the 3000's.

Any ideas? is this a known issue, could it be something wrong with my data provider or settings in ninjatrader? I am using the latest version 6.5.1000.14.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue in the current version of NinjaTrader. While there is no work-around for this, this will not occur in NinjaTrader 7 (which uses a different version of the BarChart API).
