Problem to repair NinjaTrader

Dear friends,
My NT was not working well, so I tried to repair it, but I received a message:
The path
'C\DOMEN~Ç1\ADMINI~1\CONFIG~1\TEMP\tmpA.tmp' cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try find the installation package 'tmpAtmp" in a folder from wich you can install the product Ninja Trader 6.5
I did not found the 'tmpAtmp'.
Please, can someone help me, please?

I believed it could be difficult to repair this problem, so I uninstalled the NT and installed a new one.
