Historial Data not loading

This has happened a few times before but a quick shutdown & restart of NT7 corrected the issue. Today that is not working. I did a database repair and deleted historical data. On my chart 'Reload Historical Data' is grayed out.

Any help? Thanks!

Several people have reported the same problem this morning. See the Charting forum. Hopefully NT fixes ASAP.

I'm having the same issue with NT6.5. This happens periodically for me. Sometimes I'm able to disconnect/reconnect and all is well but not this time. I tried deleting all of my historical data and resetting/repairing my DB but no luck. I even created a new chart and there's no historical data and the Reload Historical Data option is greyed out. I'm using Zen_fire for my connection.

There was a brief outage of the historical data server this morning. This issue has since been resolved. Please restart NinjaTrader, reconnect and the data should be available.
