NT crashed during reload historical data (tried to email support from help, that failed). I was reloading because the data on the charts was not correct (sometimes this fixes the problem, but not this AM). The time charts were correct, but the tick charts didn't show all the data (i.e. low of the day yesterday in ES was 1053, the chart only goes to a low of 1056). If I export the tick data and inspect, it all appears to be there. It just doesn't appear on the charts.
Edit:
After reading another post, I tried DB repair - no change. So, then I deleted historical data, reconnected and NT crashed. After restarting and connecting the data now appears on the chart correctly, although I did get an error saying NT couldn't get all the historical data requested (guess I can live with that for now).
