Data missing and or repeating

I have a Gain fx feed and not sure if this is a platform problem or data but I have a repeated price bar series (11 bars) and data that dissappears.This has happened over the last two days.I have tried to send a support email but I can't seem to get through any advise would be welcome

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.

In the message, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) An image of your chart showing this behavior.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I have already tried this but have being unable to send the message the last two days it just won't go through

Could you please post a screenshot of the chart in a response on this forum thread.

Are you sending emails from within the software? If so, please try sending us an email through your regular email account.

What happens if you create a new chart via File-->New-->Chart? Does the issue persist?
