    Positions not showing

    Hello,

    This is a new problem since upgrading to IB's TWS 872.6 and NT 6.0.1000.3 from 6.0.1000.2. I have a master account and several subaccounts with IB. In the past when I connect in the Positions tab each subaccount is shown with its open positions. Now the positions flash up, but they are associated with the master account and then disappear as then next subaccount cycles through. The data in the Accounts tab shows the subaccounts correctly. I have rechecked the settings both on TWS and NT and they are as described in the documentation.

    Please upgrade to the latest TWS beta version. This issue is a bug in TWS that IB has resolved with their latest beta.

      I see on IB's software section that they have a beta version of the browser based product. I do not see a beta version of the standalone version. I have always used the standalone version. I do not know if the browser based product works with NT and also I attach to two accounts and do not see how I would do that with the browser based TWS. Please advise.

        Try TWS 873, the problem may be resolved in that version.

          I just installed TWS 873 and tried it. Same thing. The positions disappear. It is also causing problems throughtout the day with reporting via the API the positions. Any suggestions?

            Roll back to the previous TWS version you were running. Keep in mind, this is a TWS bug not NinjaTrader.

            If you have trouble rolling back, you could try the beta browser version.
