Historical Data Missing

I use Zen-fire for data feed and historical data. Zen fire often has historical data outages during the day. When I reload a chart, it will have missing data.

For example, today there is no data for the time between 10.05 and 10.34.

How can I fix this historical data problem, because it happens too often.

Thank you for your post.

Zen-Fire themselves do not offer historical data. Historical data is recorded and provided by NinjaTrader as a courtesy service. I was just informed that we had some issues with the server around that time.

Is there a way of getting that historical data?

It does not matter for this time, but for the next time it happens, it would be good to know.

Unfortunately, without the addition of another datafeed provider, there is not.

eSignal, Barchart and DTN/Iq offer data only services.
