cant login to gain account

I signed up for a demo account with gain forex today so that ive got something to fall back on for when my AMP futures one goes down, and hopefully to trade some new FX pairs.

However, I get teh following message when i try:
"login failed. Unable to login to GAIN API. Check username and password. GAIN error message: 1Authentication problem, Do i know you? perhaps we've not been introduced"

Im pretty sure im typing the correct name and password. Any ideas? I saw someone else here mention the same problem.

Thank you for your post.

If you are accessing GAIN data and receiving that message then the username and password that you input are incorrect, or they have not been set up properly on the GAIN side.

If you send an email to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com and include the username and password you are using, and reference this forum post then we can test the account connection on our end.
