Closing a trade - urgent

Hi

I am using NinjaTrader 6.5 and IB Traderworkstation 4. I was playing around with the position sizer and placed a short in GBP/AUD with stops and limits using the trade position buttom. Then I tried to cancel the position, but in the control centre of NinjaTrader under the "positions" tab it lists the position still open : GBP/AUD short qty - 9000. This trade does not appear anywhere else on my IB data except that my account balance is decreasing. No positions seems to be open in IB.

I have tried everything to close this position in NinjaTrader, inlcuding right click and close position.

Can someone please help?

Thank you for your forum post,

First, if this is a live trade please contact your broker to manage the position.

Once you have closed the position with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.

To repair your database please go to Tools--> Options--> Misc--> and click Repair DB.

If this does not remove the order then the order will be removed when your broker resets their servers.

If the order was submitted to the sim101 account please reset the sim101 account.

To reset the sim101 account please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> and click Reset
