Strategy Disabled on Charts

Hello,

I am trying to add a strategy to a chart, but I can't do it - the option to add a strategy is disabled both on the tool bar at the top of the chart, and when I right click on the chart.

I am connected to live data with zenfire and I have no chart trader opened... so I am wondering why this is happening.

Hello Guillaume,

I suspect you have a NinjaTrader Direct license entered, which prevents you from using NinjaScript and thus applying automated strategies in charts.

Please send me an email at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, including the license key you have entered at Help-->License Key. Reference this forum thread and put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header.
