No P/L data

I can get my P&L data in the control center but can not get any P&L data in my market analyzer. Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong?? It will show last price and daily volume but not Opening either. I am sure I have the correct instruments.

Hello Dean,

Can you please close the current Market Analyzer and open up a new one. Check if the issue persists.

I tested it on my end and it works as expected. Note that it will only reflect PnL for the current day.

Can you please tell me what version you have installed. You can check at Help-->About. Make sure you have version 6.5.1000.14.

Check if the correct account is selected as per the ProfitLoss column.

If the issue persists, please send me screenshots of the Control Center and Market Analyzer that display the issue.

Ok, I just seen your screenshot and I suspect the PnL columns as set to the sim101 account (default). Please set these columns to the approriate accounts and check again.

I do have that version installed. What do you mean re correct account selected as per the p/l column??????? How do I select an account??

OK. You were right. Wrong Account. Is there any way to show multilpe accounts in the same Analyzer???

I solved problem just added multiple P&L column and select different accounts Thank you for your help.

Yes, you can add multiple PnL columns. You can change the Label input to specify them per account as per the display in the Market Analyzer.
