NT over tethered connection (PDANET)

Hi,

I would like to connect to NT over a tethered connection as a backup. I have a G1 (google phone) and I use the app PDANET. It works fine for Internet, I get a 1.5 mb connection, except when I launch NT, I get the "Failed to Verify License" Error message. Does anyone use PDANET for tether ? It creates a virtual modem connection, in Internet Options. Is there any settings that need to be specified in IE connection settings or Proxy settings to point NT to go over the tether connection ?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this is not supported and I do not know how to set it up.

Perhaps the information below is helpful.

NinjaTrader itself connects to standard web address via HTTP protocol through whatever port is defined for internet browsing on the target PC (Port 80 by default) to connect to its license server.
