    Indicators that I don't want

    Hi Pavaka,

    Thank you for your post.

I don't reccomend deleting any of the indicators permanently. Instead, you can make a template with just the indicators you use listed.

    1. Open a chart (File>New>Chart)
    2. Right click and select indicators.
    3. Choose the indicators you want one by one and select "New" so that they are listed in the lower window.
    4. Click Ok.
    5. Now, you can save this as a template (Right click>Templates>Save As)
    More info at - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...html?Templates

You can now open that template and whichever indicators you want, or remove the ones you don't.

Thank you...I already understand how to create templates...I would really want to delete indicators that came with the program...since I will never use them..I got my own custom ones...is there a safe way to delete them?

        Hi Pavaka,

The indicators are located at (Documents>NinjaTrader 6.5>bin>Custom>Indicator)

Delete the indicators at your own risk.

            ...

One more question...is there a way to create 2 folders for indicators?...so that I can view only my indicators....like redirecting the program to see indicators that I wan to see....

              Hi Pavaka,

Frankly, I cannot recommend changing any of the system files, as it would likely cause additional errors. Some of the methods within the default indicators are references within other methods, so deleting them would likely cause errors, as you mentioned.
