How to get a chart for HO (Heating Oil)

I cannot get a chart for Heating Oil. I created an instrument in the instrument manager for HO and I get data for this symbol on the DOM. But if I open a chart I get an error saying that the ninjatrader server doesn't support this symbol.

Does this mean it's not possible to get a chart for HO even in real time?

While searching for this issue I found a few posts talking about BH & UHO but I want the main heating oil contract from nymex. Is it possible to get a chart, even in real time only?

Thank you for your note.

I have teste this instrument on my end and it appears that historical data is not stored on our servers for HO and you will only receive real time data within your chart.

If you wanted historical data for this instrument you would need to connect to a data provider that supports this insturment. I have provided a link below to the data providers supported by NinjaTrader. This page will go over the types of data they offer as well as the instruments they support.

It seems if I open a chart with "daysback" set to 3 it'll give me the error. if I open the chart and put daysback = 0 then it seems to open.
