NT 6.5 crash on start

i don t get this thing running mybe someone can look into trace file and give me some hints .

Thank you for your post.

After reviewing your trace file I noticed you are currently running a 64 bit Operating System which is not officially supported at this time with NinjaTrader 6.5.

I also see the following error:

Please move your workspaces with the steps I have provided below.

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 6.5
• Workspaces
• Select all files and move to another location on your PC such as the Desktop
• Restart NinjaTrader

Thx for the reply , but there are no files in the folder workspaces.

I have installed NT for the first time and it didn t start at all .

I got i working on my Laptop .

In the message, please include the following:

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the file here: My Doucments > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

3.) An image of your My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Workspaces folder.
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
