Stuck non filling order on sim

Hi,

Using NT 6.5.1000.10

I was playing around with sim orders, shorting 1 contract of CL many times. In the end one order seem to be stuck no matter what I do. I clicked the red X on the static dome, and tried to clicked on the X on the chart trader, nothing will get rid of it. It wouldnt even fill when price came to and above its level.

I tried rebooting NT, and reparing the DB. It did not help.

Any help would be appreciated how to remove it.

Will this affect my live trading?

Hi,

Try resetting your Simulator under Tools--> Options--> Simulator tab--> Reset Simulator.

In addition, I see you are using an older version. We always advice to be on our current release. At this time this is V6.5.1000.14. Can you please upgrade to this version. You can do this by going to Help--> Download Site. Then close the software and install on top. You will not lose any settings since nothing will be uninstalled.
