Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, for NinjaTrader 6.5 users, there are no other methods to access historical data for this date aside from connecting to a different provider.

As NinjaTrader_Dierk mentioned in post #15, this did not effect the NinjaTrader 7 servers and full data will be available in this version.
