Targets not selling

I'm not sure if this is an issue with NT, my broker or (to be honest) myself. I only trade the ES and ALWAYS use bracket orders. However, no matter how far off I set my targets (always at least 4 ticks), my targets do not seem to want to sell. I've sat there and watched price hit my target 15+ times without selling (on too many occasions to count). Basically, it has to trade through for it to sell and many times, this has resulted in a loss or a smaller, panicked cover.

If anyone has any ideas on why this is happening or what I can do to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it.

If it happens again, please send us your log and trace files via help>mail to support and tell us exactly what time the order was placed or the order ID. Its difficult to say what is going on without log and trace files.
