werido, is this on the latest 6.5.1000.14 release of NinjaTrader? You could check under Help > About.

Is this window part of a saved workspace file? If so, please try opening the FXPro window in a brand new workspace and recheck it's appearance.

Thanks werido, it might be a corrupt default.xml file them - please shut NT down, go to MyDocuments > NinjaTrader 6.5 > workspaces and delete this default.xml file. Then restart NT, reconnect and recheck the FX Pro window.

joegwest1, can you please retry with a fresh UI.xml file? You can exit NT, go to MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 7, delete the UI.xml present and restart NT - would you see the same issue then?

What DPI setting are you using for your Fonts in Windows? You would normally see this under the Control Panel > Display options.

I've found that the problem arises due to your screen size/resolution settings. The FX Pro screen can't be adjusted (made bigger or smaller) like most other windows can be, so it collapses itself when the screen resolution is set for low. One temporary fix would be to open NT on a bigger screen (or a different computer with a bigger screen or with more resolution) and then save the workspace, and copy that XML file to your computer. That should get you back the full FX Pro with big bid ask prices etc. but I've found that it resorts back to being collapsed after a short while.
If NT could make the FX pro screen scalable or just able to be size adjusted, then I think that would solve the problem.

                      Cheers.
