Multiple charts as one single workspace?

I would like to have about ten different charts in a workspace, but they are all seperate windows. That means I only get one of them by alt tab. I would like to have them all together on one screen when choosing Ninjatrader, like in many other trading applications. How is that possible?

I don´t think "always on top" is an option here, it causes problems when dialogboxes appear behind the "always on top chart" and I can´t reach/close those boxes.

Thanks, having many charts minmized on one "board" ready to be maximized would certainly help.
