When I close a workspace, the program automatically minimizes the charts. If you have several charts, it is very irritating to click thru each one and maximize it.

Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce this on my end.
Please try the following.
Restart NinjaTrader and create a new workspace. After saving, closing and re-opening, are the charts minimizing automatically still?
If yes, you may want to try the following...
Change your monitor resolution settings.
